Mountain consistently offers some of the very best snow conditions in
the world during the month of November. World class teams come from all
over the world to train in Summit County Colorado! Join us this fall
and see what all of the talk is really about.
Start your day with quality free skiing, drills and instruction by our
reliable and knowledgeable Tichy Racing Staff. After a short snack
break, its off to gates for 2-3 hours each day on Copper's high speed
quad chair. Round up your day with a video review session, a work out
in the gym and a soak in the pool or jacuzzi (all with Tichy Racing
staff supervision and knowledge).

Emphasis at Colorado Camp
Our time at Copper will be spend with some of the highest
possible quality training and skiing. This camp is known for its fun
and all mountain skiing environment combined with the serious and
focused attitude and safe training during each mid day session.
There is no better way to get ready for another race ski season than to
train 6-12 days with Tichy Racing during November. Copper Mountain
maintains and perfects our training slope on lower Copperopolis daily
to ensure hard snow and quality training each session.
An early winter is expected around the country and we will be "on top
of the world" at Copper Mountain again in November!

Activities at
Colorado Camp
If you want the
complete package and everything within walking distance... The village
at Copper Mountain is for you. With special access to the health club
at the base of Copper our team will have indoor dryland each afternoon.
Daily video review of gate training rounds up each day of training.
Curfew of 10 PM is enforced for those under 18 years of age; other can
enjoy the night in the Village with friends and other racers.
With Tichy Racing and Copper Mountain you will find everything you
could even want in a ski racing camp! |
Meals & Lodging at Copper
Copper
Mountain Village is know for its fine lodging. Choose from your own
private hotel room (upgrade cost) to shared camp lodging with your
choice of room mates. If you plan to arrive with your family we can
help you secure a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom condo at the base of Copper for as
low as $135 per night. Camp prices will be adjusted if you provide your
own lodging during your session with Tichy Racing.
Breakfast is provided by Copper Mountain in one of their on mountain
cafeteria facilities; chose from a full hot breakfast or just grab a
quick power snack on your way to the lift.
Lunch is provided by Marcela Tichy in our main condo. If you have never
had the pleasure to enjoy our mom's cooking... it tastes even better at
high elevation!

Registration,
Attendance & Training Quality
Tichy Racing will have
a strict attendance policy this season due to the popularity of our
Colorado camps. You are encouraged to register early so that we can
maintain our 6:1 racer to coach ratio. Our knows all the areas of
Copper Mountain and will ensure that your enjoy your time on and off
the mountain.
Race training during the middle of day allows for numerous runs on the
Copperopolis high speed quad. Ski MORE gates while everyone is having
lunch.
Tichy Racing uses only quality SPM gates and prides itself on well
maintained, safe and modern courses. Modern Slalom and Giant Slalom
will be our primary focus at camp; new technique, equipment, race line,
warm up, etc. will be discussed.
