Tichy Racing was founded in the late 1990’s in Vancouver, Canada, where the family lived, trained, and traveled. The three oldest children were coached by their parents and traveled to FIS, NorAm, and World Cup races, as well as the 1998 Olympics, across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Racing for both Canada and the Czech Republic over the years has produced numerous podium finishes and accomplishments. The Tichy Family made many marks on the ski racing world. The parent-coach role was not common during those years, so Milos and Marcela took all three athletes to a high level of racing accomplishments. World Cup in 1991 to help support the Tichy Family, and in turn, it is now supporting future athletes.
