Timberline Resort at Mt. Hood, Oregon, USA, offers the highest-quality training in North America. Timberline offers service on 4 high-speed quad chair lifts that allow for maximum runs in winter. You will get all the runs and quality that you have come to expect from Timberline and Tichy Racing.

Copper Mountain, Frisco, Colorado, is the “Athlete’s Mountain”. With the excellent terrain, mountain air, and baby blue skies, Tichy Racing will help you make the most of this experience.

Sun Peaks, BC, Canada, hosts the Nancy Green International Training Venue, where we push the limits of terrain with each turn. Be prepared to feel as if you have a training venue designed just for your needs.

Hintertux, Austria, in Sept/October, will provide you with the glory and culture of the green countryside and the chill of the snow and ice-covered glacier.

All Camps require similar equipment:

  • Pre-tuned Slalom and GS Skis

  • Poles - Slalom poles with pole guards and GS poles

  • Ski backpack

  • Ski boots

  • Shin Guards

  • Sunglasses

  • Hat (winter, baseball style)

  • Neckie/Buff

  • Hard-ear covered helmet

  • Chin guard on helmet for SL

  • Ski Jacket

  • Wind breaker We offer a Tichy Racing Cotopaxi - Great Value!

  • Gloves/mittens (two pairs -so there is always a dry backup)

  • GS suit, shorts, snow pants

  • Base layers

  • Extra layers (fleece, hoodie, puffy, vest)

  • Multiple pairs of ski socks

    RECOMMENDED/Not required:

  • Back protector

  • Stealth padded top

  • Forarm guards

  • Cut-proof base-layers


Stay

  • Towels **these are needed for Oregon Summer Camp only. All other locations included towels (recommended 1 bath, 1 hand-towel, 1 washcloth, 1 beach towel)

  • Toiletries: Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothpaste/toothbrush, deodorant

  • Swimsuit

  • Basic first aid items (medication as needed and band-aids)

  • Sleepwear

  • Undergarments

  • Athletic /comfortable wear for post-skiing and meals

  • MUST HAVE SOCKS for the houses; barefoot is not allowed

  • Chargers and Adapters (European Adaptable Ones for Austria )

  • If staying for multiple weeks - please bring a laundry bag.


Dryland

  • Runners/tennis shoes

  • Hiking shoes

  • Winter boots (still recommended in June)

  • Athletic socks

  • Casual work out clothing for all temperatures (light jacket, raincoat, hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, shorts)

  • Swimsuit (for lakes, hot tubs, saunas, or water parks… depending on location)


Needed

  • Sunscreen and lip balm with sunscreen

  • Sunglasses

  • Daily snacks are needed for when on the mountain training (Best to bring from home- granola bars, fruit snacks, jerky etc)

  • Water bottle (1 liter + recommended) or purchase a team high quality stainless steel laser engraved Hydro Flask at camp upon arrival


Optional

  • Tuning Gear (we have benches in both houses for tuning) Wax, file, etc

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Spending money for snacks, huck-shakes, souvenirs, and Fuxi Time

  • Indoor slippers


Each session will include an assortment of the following activities: hiking, stretching, ultimate frisbee, local cultural adventures. Racing related activities will consist of daily dryland conditioning, afternoon video review, ski tuning and race strategy all aimed at building a better athlete for the upcoming season and years to come. Be prepared for your camp, the time of the year, and the season!

All activities are supervised and conducted in a safe and time tested environment.
