Draft Tichy Fall 3 Weekly Schedule
Welcome to Copper Mountain - The Athlete’s Mountain!
(November 14 - 21, 2026)
This email will help you plan a fun & productive week at Tichy Fall Session 3. Below, we share the weekly plan, daily schedule, and dryland plan. Pay special attention to all links; they will provide directions, videos, and photos. Keep this email handy to reference ALL week.
We have offered camps at Copper Mountain for multiple decades, and we are confident in this training environment. We continue to tailor each week to best suit the needs of all our racers and families. Please take a few minutes to read and familiarize yourself with our weekly plan. Be sure to add info@tichyracing.com to your address book to receive daily/nightly emails and updates in the “traditional, less colorful” format. Weather, snow conditions, and racer endurance may affect the daily schedule. We will communicate changes in regular nightly email blasts and cover any minor changes at in-person nightly team meetings for Full Camp Athletes (FT) and via Zoom for Day Camp (DC). Please reply by email (include the session number) with any additional email addresses you would like added to the nightly communications.
Feel free to reach out with any questions at any time before arrival. See you at camp in Colorado this November.

During pre-season (before Copper opens to the public), the IKON pass is not valid. The announced opening day for the 2026/2027 season is Friday, October 6, 2026. During pre-season (closed season), a Copper Mountain Pre-season Athlete pass is required and costs an additional $179; Tichy Racing will order, bill, arrange, and provide this pass to you.
On opening day and throughout the regular season, the IKON pass grants access to Copper Mountain.
Racers without an IKON pass will need to purchase a Copper Mountain full-season athlete pass based on their age at the time of camp: Child Athlete (5-12 yrs) $329.00 / Teen Athlete (13-17 yrs) $449.00 / Adult Athlete (18+ yrs) $599.00 / Single-day athlete access $69.00 per day. Tichy Racing will order, bill, and provide Copper Mountain athlete pass(es); your pass will be valid for the duration of the regular Copper Mountain season.
Technology/Cash
FT athletes will have all their regular expenses covered. Cash or a credit card would only be needed for shopping in the village or snacks at Aerie.
Technology - we monitor technology use, and if it is distracting to oneself or others at bedtime, we reserve the right to remove it from the bedroom. Photos of others may be taken ONLY with permission.
Packing and Tuning
We set up a tuning bench with vises and an iron in the garage at home. Day Campers can use this area; please use text or verbal requests to confirm the room is available.

The final payment is due 60 days before arrival by check to TICHY RACING, PO BOX 357, GOVERNMENT CAMP, OREGON 97028. If you haven't received an updated invoice (including lodging and ticket upgrades), please let us know and check your other email folders.
Video
Video and/or action photos will be taken daily and shared with all athletes via email communication each night. Daily video review and analysis will take place at 488 Beeler on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only, following training days, to provide feedback and support the work on the mountain. Video review seating priority is for racers. No recording devices are allowed during video review; note-taking is encouraged.
Dryland/Homework
Dryland will take place each day in the village. FT athletes are expected to attend, and we invite all DC athletes to join. These sessions are a great opportunity to socialize, build friendships, move, stretch, and exercise.
We recognize that this camp is held during the school year, so we will allocate daily homework time, which can be supervised or independent, depending on the family's request.
